People Ex Rel. Fahner v. Walsh, 122 Ill. App.3d 481, 461 N.E.2d 78
As a lawyer for the Illinois Attorney General's Office, prosecuted an appeal and persuaded the appellate court to conclude that a pyramid sales scheme violated the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act.

Aber v. America Home Insurance, 2011 IL App(4th) 110194-U. Year: 2011. 
Defended insurance company by succeeding in having lawsuit dismissed in circuit court due to lack of notice to the company. This dismissal was affirmed by the appellate court.
