David M. Moss has been representing the injured throughout the entire State of Illinois for 40 years. David knows that without proper legal representation injured people are most likely not getting the compensation they deserve. David has concentrated his legal career representing injured people in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls and work injuries, as well as other areas of personal injury practice including catastrophic injuries.

When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and loves to travel. He is passionate about history and is working on writing his first book. He and his family are active members of the Bloomington-Clinton areas.

David is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
